Human Resources Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced, motivated and professional Human Resources Manager on a part-time basis.

Ray White Canberra is a professional real estate business successfully operating in the Canberra region for over 10 years.  Locally owned, we strive to provide a fun, yet balanced work environment.

The Role:

The role is to provide support across the business units within the Ray White group.  You must be proficient in all aspects of HR management with extensive knowledge and understanding across all HR disciplines.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a work/life balance where you can utilise your HR skills in a flexible part-time work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Recruitment, including implementing improvements around the interview and induction processes
  • Management all aspects of employee relations
  • Working with Managers/Team Leaders to coach and advise on employee matters.
  • Improvement of HR strategies and procedures
  • Coordination and delivery of employee training programs

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Qualifications (Degree or Diploma) and at least 5 years' experience working in a HR role
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in applying current legislation
  • Proven ability to drive organisational change
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
