The ability to engage in conversation, communicate, listen and offer assistance in helping the community with their real estate requirements wherever possible. Having been a licensed Auctioneer & Agent for over 20 years, experience has helped me hone the art of engaging, listening, learning and negotiating deals for my clients. A very rewarding way to spend the hours of my week, and most weekends as well. There is nothing better than watching my children play soccer on the weekend, and closing a few deals for my clients as well.
